plus Jennifer Wayne, the granddaughter of actor John Wayne, is a twenty-three year old country pop singer. Ms. Wayne attended the University of Southern California and the University of California Santa Barbara, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History. She also happens to be a world class tennis player. During her senior year of high school, Ms. Wayne won the Nevada State Championship. Subsequently, she received a full scholarship at UCSB and was the senior captain of the tennis team.

Ms. Wayne studied vocal performance at USC and is currently studying intensively with renowned vocal coach, Ron Anderson. From 2001 to 2003 she was the lead singer of the Bryan Bros band and played local gigs in the Ventura County area. She has played in small venues in London and also performed at the Arco Arena in Sacramento. For the past two years she has been working in the studio with accomplished producers including Ron Harris, Ty Stevens, Sander Selover, and Freddy Curci. She has also been co-writing with renowned artists and writers, such as Jason Hook, Freddy Curci, J.J. Farris, and Carlos Rios. Her singing style has been compared to that of Sarah McLaughlan.

Jennifer’s next performance is for INCONCERT, a benefit concert for AIDS. She will be performing for three nights, November 11,12, and 13th at the Howard Fine Theater in Hollywood.
